HEPA filters ≠ HEPA Vacuums. Take a look at Bersi Class H certified Industrial vacuums

When you choose a new vacuum for your job, do you know the one you get is a Class H certified vacuum or just a vacuum with HEPA filter inside? Do you know that many vacuum clears with HEPA filters offer very poor filtration?

You may notice that there are leaking dust from some areas of your vacuum and make your machine is always dusty, that’s because these vacuums don’t have a completely sealed system. The fine dust blow out of the vacuum and into the air, never make it to the dustbin or bag. These are not real HEPA vacuum.

A HEPA vacuum is DOP tested and certified to meet the HEPA standard EN 60335-2-69 as a whole vacuum. According to the standard, a HEPA filter is only one requirement for a HEPA certified vacuum. Class H refers to the classification of both extraction systems and filters. In other words, it’s not the filter that makes a vacuum HEPA. It’s also important to understand that simply using a HEPA-type bag—or adding a HEPA filter—in a standard vacuum does not mean you’ll get true HEPA performance. HEPA vacuums are sealed and have special filters that clean all of the air drawn into the machine is expelled through the filter, with none of the air leaking past it.
