Floor scrubbers are widely used in commercial and industrial places, such as supermarkets, shopping malls, warehouses, airports, etc. During use, if some faults occur, users can use the following methods to quickly troubleshoot and solve them, saving time.

Troubleshooting issues with a floor scrubber dryer involves identifying the source of the problem and implementing appropriate solutions.

1. Why Machine don’t Start?

For electricity type floor cleaning machine, please check that the floor scrubber is properly plugged in and that the power source is functioning.

For battery powered floor scrubber, please make sure the battery is fully charged before using.

2. Why machine Doesn’t Dispense Water or Detergent?

First, check your solution tank if it is fully filled or have enough water . Fill the tank to the fill line. Test to see if the scrubber will release water. If it is still not releasing any water, there is probably a clogged hose or valve .

Second, inspect if any clogs or blockages in the hoses and nozzles that may be preventing the solution from dispensing. If so, clean it.

Third, verify  that the machine is set to dispense water or detergent. Check the control panel for any relevant settings. Sometimes it is just incorrect operation.
3.Why The floor Washer Have Poor Suction?

If your floor washer cannot suck away the dirt  and leaving too much water on the floor, please check if the recovery tank is full. When the solution tank is full, the machine will not be able to retain any more dirty solution.Empty it before continuing use..

 The Misaligned or bent squeegees can affect water pickup as too. Inspect squeegees if they are worn or damaged.Replace with a new one.

Sometimes,  the unproper vacuum height will influence the suction as well. Make sure it is properly adjusted to the floor surface.
4. Why My Floor scrubber Uneven Cleaning or Streaks?

If the scrubbing brushes are worn or damaged, they may not make proper contact with the floor surface, leading to uneven cleaning. Replace them if necessary.

If the brush pressure is too high or too low, it can result in uneven cleaning as well. High pressure may cause streaks, while low pressure may not effectively clean the surface.Adjust brush pressure and  ensure that the brush pressure is correctly set for the type of floor being cleaned.

Insufficient water flow to the brushes can result in uneven cleaning. This may be caused by clogged hoses or nozzles.Check and clear any clogs in the hoses or nozzles that may be impeding water flow.

If the filters in the floor scrubber are dirty or clogged, it can affect overall performance and lead to streaks. Clean the filter or replace a new one.
5.Why The Machine Leaves Behind Residue?

Using too much or too little detergent can leave behind a residue on the floor.Measure and mix the detergent according to the specified ratios. Adjust the concentration based on the level of soil on the floor.

Check if the filter is clogged.Dirty or clogged filters can impact the machine’s performance, including the ability to recover water and detergent, leading to residue. Clean or replace a new filter.

Squeegees that are dirty, worn, or not properly adjusted may not effectively pick up water and detergent, leaving residue on the floor. Make sure the squeegee rubber are properly installed, and the squeegees are clean and not damaged.
6. Why My Floor Scrubber Machine Makes Unusual Noises?

Objects or debris may be caught in the brushes, squeegees, or other moving parts, causing unusual noises.Power off the machine and inspect for any foreign objects or debris. Remove any obstructions and restart the machine.

Worn or damaged scrubbing brushes or pads can cause scraping or grinding noises during operation. Inspect and replace a new one when needed.

7. Why My Scrubber Dryer Have Poor Run Time?

Ensure that the batteries are adequately charged before use.

Inefficient use of energy during operation, such as excessive brush pressure, high-speed operation, or unnecessary use of features, can contribute to poor run time. Adjust brush pressure and machine settings to optimal levels for the cleaning task.

Turn off unnecessary features or accessories when not in use to conserve energy.
