April was a celebratory month for Bersi’s overseas sales team. Because the sales in this month were the highest since the company was founded. Thanks to the team members for their hard work, and special thanks to all our customers for their consistent support.
We are a young and efficient team. For customers’ emails, we will reply within 1 hour. If customers have any questions about the vacuum cleaner, we will give them the most professional explanation through pictures or videos. For any after-sales problems, customers can always get timely and satisfactory solution. In terms of delivery time, we can deliver goods within 2 weeks of regular orders. There has never been a delay for large orders. So far, both our machines and services have received 5 stars from all our customers.
